About these terms

WYBB is a trading name of Paul Giles, a sole trader based in the UK. By using this website you accept these terms. Questions go to help@wybb.uk.

What the site is for

The site describes what we do and lets you get in touch. Articles, case studies and the health check are general information. They are not advice about your particular business and you should not rely on them as if they were.

The health check gives an indicative score from the answers you enter. It is a starting point for a conversation, not an audit.

Our content

The text, design and code of this site belong to WYBB or are used with permission. You may read it, share links to it and quote short passages with a credit. Please do not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Client names, quotes and figures appear with the agreement of the clients concerned.

Using the site fairly

Please do not attempt to break the site, send automated submissions through its forms or use it to send us anything unlawful. We limit how often the forms can be submitted and may block traffic that abuses them.

Links

Where we link to other websites, we are not responsible for what they contain.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise that it always will be. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
