Common Questions
Q.Do we need to replace our existing systems?
No. The PIM sits between your supplier data and your store. Your ERP, stock system and Shopify stay where they are.
Q.What formats can you import?
Supplier spreadsheets and CSVs, PDM Automotive exports and ACES and PIES files. Each source is mapped once and reused.
Q.Does this only work for automotive?
No. Fitment is the hardest case we handle, which is why we lead with it. The same approach works for any catalogue where suppliers describe products differently.
Q.How big does a catalogue need to be?
It starts to matter in the low thousands of SKUs and becomes essential in the tens of thousands. Our own PIM manages 64,000+ products across 250+ supplier brands.
