Our product From £150 a month, no setup fee

Stock and prices true in both places, without anybody checking.

Nobody reconciling a spreadsheet on a Monday, nobody selling what the trade counter already promised. A connector for businesses that outgrew the standard integration: stock, trade pricing, orders and buildable kit availability, moving the way your business actually works.

Stock and order data flowing between two racks of systems

We are not consultants describing this from the outside. We run three businesses of our own and do every one of these jobs in them, every week.

Why this exists

The standard integration is fine until your business stops being standard.

It handles simple products, one price and a sync that runs when it runs. Plenty of merchants never need more than that, and if that is you, do not buy anything from us.

The trouble starts when you sell assemblies, run trade price lists, or hold stock somewhere the website should not be selling from. The default mapping has no opinion about any of that, so somebody in your office develops one, in a spreadsheet, every morning.

×Kits showing out of stock because nobody has built one yet
×Trade and retail pricing that cannot both be right
×The website selling stock the trade counter has already promised
×A sync that fails quietly and nobody finds out until Friday
What moves, and which way

One system owns each fact.

Decided up front and enforced in the code. Your storefront owns how products look and read. Unleashed owns what you have and what it costs. If two systems can both write the same field you do not have an integration, you have a race.

Note
Products and variants
Shopify
→ Unleashed
You build the product where you merchandise it. Unleashed gets the SKU it needs to track
Stock levels
Unleashed
→ Shopify
One nominated warehouse only, so the website never sells what the trade counter has committed
Assemblies and kits
Unleashed
→ Shopify
Availability calculated from components, so a kit is sellable before anybody builds one
Price tiers
Unleashed
→ Shopify
The tier you nominate, synced automatically. Anything more than 5% out is held and flagged
Orders
Shopify
→ Unleashed
As sales orders, with the customer matched or created
Fulfilment and tracking
Unleashed
→ Shopify
So the customer gets the email without anybody copying a tracking number
The bit nobody else does

It will not quietly publish a price that looks wrong.

A sync that pushes whatever it is given is one bad supplier file away from selling at a loss all weekend. A decimal in the wrong column, a cost change that nobody meant to save, a tier applied to the wrong group.

So anything moving more than 5% is held in the middleware and flagged. You either approve it or go and look at why. The other 95% goes through without anybody doing anything, which is the point.

How you get it

You are not paying anybody to learn on your data.

A bespoke integration is a prototype you fund. The first six months of it are spent finding the cases nobody thought to ask about: the SKU with a slash in it, the kit whose component went obsolete, the credit note that arrives before the invoice. You pay for every one of those discoveries, and you find them in production.

This has already been through that. Every rule in it is there because something went wrong once and we decided it was not going to happen again. What you are buying is the arguments we have already had with ourselves.

Which is why it is a few days rather than a few months. Assuming your Unleashed data is tidy. If it is not, that is a different conversation and we happen to sell the answer to it.
